Camera or photo access is blocked
Open the iPhone Settings app, find How Old App, and make sure camera and photo-library permissions are enabled.
No face could be analyzed
Try a clearer portrait with good lighting and a visible face. Photos with strong shadows, motion blur, or obstructed faces can lead to failed analysis.
You have a privacy question

Start with a clear selfie or portrait, then try an older photo or the 2-Person Challenge if you want a more social first impression.
